The attentiveness of the staff stood out, from the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt assistance with coffee in my room. I also appreciated the concierge's recommendations for running trails. They knew their stuff. The room was luxurious and provided GREAT quiet. AMAZING staff!
I went to the lounge seeking evening snacks, but I seemed to have just missed them. When I woke up for breakfast in the lounge, it was closed entirely. This only opened later at 7. I paid extra for the lounge access, but I received no value from it.

inaccurate description dark living space
The pool was nice and clean.
I was disappointed by inaccuracies in the room description. The photos online showed double sinks in the bathroom, but our room only had single sinks. the living space was supposed to have a window, but it was missing was nice.

Our room, a Beautiful King Room Slopeside View, was AMAZING!!! I loved the comfy bed. The adult hot tub and family spa areas were a real plus. The courtesy taxi service was very convenient.
I found that all lights needed to be turned off independently in our room.

The gym provided 3 treadmills, 2 stationary bikes, and various weight-training machines ensuring a complete workout. Multiple hot tubs were available, allowing guests to choose between family-friendly and adult-only options. There were fire pits for roasting marshmallows.

The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle bus service that took guests to various points in the village. Concierge staff were helpful with trip planning and restaurant recommendations. Reception provided quick, calm, and professional service.

The Grill Room had amazing food with superb service. Flavors were delicious. Breakfast included high-quality products, though it was a little expensive. The bar offered live music in the evenings and friendly bartenders.
